Like many celebrities including Wiz Khalifa, Ciara, and Diddy, Chris Brown headed to Las Vegas to celebrate Memorial Day weekend. He made a splash while hosting Memorial Day Sunday at Palms Pool. In addition to his hosting duties, he brought out Sean Kingston to perform their summer anthem “Beat It” as partygoers sang along.

Breezy has some new company in his Hollywood Hills house. In addition to getting a bulldog puppy named X, his on-again-off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran has reportedly moved in.

He has also delayed the release of his Aaliyah-assisted single “They Don’t Know” until tomorrow. “Sorry to make y’all wait but I’m putting the last touches on the video. Single will drop Tuesday! Sorry,” tweeted Breezy.

With “Fine China” rising up the charts, Chris Brown has revealed the cover for his second single “They Don’t Know,” which contains never-before-heard vocals from Aaliyah. The artwork shows a reflection of Breezy’s tatted torso in the shape of an X, which is also the title of his sixth album, due July 16.

The song is scheduled to debut Monday and a video was shot earlier this month in L.A. “I shot it in the ‘hood. I went to 60th Street and Cedar Block,” said Breezy during the BET Awards press conference. “[I’m] bringing both worlds together and trying to uplift the poverty side of the community and show them where I’m from.”

In addition to Aaliyah, X is set to feature Nicki Minaj and Kendrick Lamar, with production from Timbaland, Polow Da Don, Danja, Pharrell, and Drumma Boy.

Chris Brown Squares Off with Neighbors Over His Graffitied House

Chris Brown is in trouble once again. But this time it’s with his neighbors, who are upset over a mural he graffitied on his house.

The R&B superstar, who is known for his artistic skills, painted strange-looking monsters along a retaining wall on his Hollywood Hills mansion. Now his neighbors claim the images are scaring local children, and is an eyesore to the community.

“There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they’re literally frightened. It’s like devils on the wall—big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to,” Patti Negri, president of the Hollywood Dell Civic Association, told the Los Angeles Times.

L.A. city code officials responded to complaints about the paintings and fined the “Fine China” singer $376 for unpermitted and excessive signage.

City ordinances prevent murals from being painted on most private properties. Chris has been ordered to remove the paintings within 30 days, but his attorney Mark Geragos is not giving in so easy.

“They are trying to suspend the First Amendment,” said Geragos, who claims that neighbors are harassing his client by also filing parking complaints and calling animal control on him.

After getting word of their complaints, Breezy fired back on Twitter. “Keep em inside then! It’s art. There are scarier creatures on Harry potter. Get a fucking life!” he tweeted.

He has no plans to stop expressing his artistic side. “‘Lords of dogtown’ is how I live my life. #Free ima paint until my hands fall off.”

But his neighbors hope he will change his tune. “I know a $300 fine is probably pocket change. But hopefully and maybe, he’ll just see the light and decide to be a good neighbor,” said Negri. “We’re happy to have him—if he just tones it down.”

Sean Kingston lives the life in the flashy video for his summertime single “Beat It.” The 23-year-old singer rocks some fly looks as he parties poolside with his pals Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa at a mansion in Malibu. A shirtless Breezy dances with some ladies and Wiz lights one up in between takes.

“The video is crazy. We shot it at this fly big mansion, a lot of beautiful girls. It’s just the modern day Rat Pack,” Kingston told “I’m 23, we all grown, so you really see us in a different light. We’re in suits, hot in fashion, just very swag and everything’s real tasteful. Helicopters, luxury cars, Ferraris, classic cars…”
